Elaina Cartagena is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in medical aesthetics. She specializes in advanced injectables, facial rejuvenation, PRP/PRF regenerative treatments, and personalized facial balancing. She is also an aesthetic educator who trains other medical professionals.

Before founding Legacy House Aesthetics, Elaina served in the U.S. Navy during Operation Enduring Freedom. That experience shaped how she practices today: with discipline, attention to detail, and a deep sense of responsibility for the people in her care.
